Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use Setara. This statement explains our accessibility commitments, what we are working towards, and how to ask for help.
Our commitment
Human Nexus Pty Ltd is committed to making Setara accessible to people with disability. This commitment reflects our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
Target conformance
We are working to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the public Setara website and the authenticated product. We test new components against the WCAG 2.2 success criteria and run regular reviews of existing pages.
Known limitations
Some complex entity-map visualisations have limited screen-reader support. Where these views are used, we provide alternative accessible representations of the same information (for example, list and table views) so a user can access the underlying content without depending on the visualisation.
Feedback and accessible alternatives
To request an accessible alternative, report a barrier, or give feedback on accessibility, contact privacy@setara.com.au. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
Review
This statement was last reviewed on 1 January 2026. We review it at least annually and whenever the product changes in a way that affects accessibility.
